Provider: SpamGuard Cloud (hereinafter "Provider" or "SpamGuard"). The Provider delivers the Service and provides technical assistance limited to its components.
Customer: The natural or legal person subscribing to the Contract for the use of the Service.
Service: Professional Email Anti-Spam Protection service.
The Contract concerns the provision of the SpamGuard Cloud Service under the conditions indicated in these Terms. The Contract is perfected with the acceptance of these Terms by the Customer.
Customer Data: The Customer provides complete and truthful personal, tax, and contact data. The Provider reserves the right not to activate, suspend, or terminate the Contract if the data is false or incomplete.
Activation Times: Upon receipt of payment and complete data, the Provider activates the Service normally within 24-48 working hours.

Fees are indicated in the current commercial offer on the website. Prices are net of VAT and applicable taxes.
The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the conclusion of the Contract. Request to billing@spamguard.cloud.
The Provider is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss. The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.
